Blueish Bell Creameries and 94.9 KLTY Radio are teaming upwards once again to aid those less fortunate stay cool this sizzling summer in more than ways than one.

Stop past the Blueish Bong Creamery in Lewisville this Wednesday.   Everyone who brings a box fan or non-perishable food will receive a free, water ice cold treat of Bluish Bong Ice Cream. Donors can also take a tour of the Blue Bell cold storage distribution center, including a brief terminate in the giant freezer that is twenty degrees below zero, even when information technology's 107 degrees outside.

She Is Dallas Info: Blue Bell Creamery Distribution Heart is located at 1202 North Stemmons Freeway in Lewisville.   The fan and food drive event will take place on Wednesday, August 15th (that's THIS week!) from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.   Be sure to visit the Blueish Bell website or follow Bluish Bell on Facebook for the latest scoop on the favorite ice cream of Texas.

My family loves this yearly result.   The last fourth dimension nosotros went it really was 107 degrees outside.   Nosotros were very hot but the giant freezer was really cold.

How cold?   Take a look at the picture below.   That isn't fog in the freezer.   That's my son'south body heat escaping in the freezing temps.

But we were fine with a little frostbite because nosotros were surrounded by thousands of tubs of succulent Blue Bong ice cream!

And I forgot my spoon!!

We each brought a bag of non-perishable foods with usa so after the tour nosotros got to pick out own special Bluish Bell treat.   Yum!

The Fan & Food Drive will benefit Christian Community Action (CCA) of Lewisville who volition distribute the fans and nutrient to families throughout their service area. For more than 36 years, CCA has been feeding, sheltering, educating and preparation families in need inside 42 communities throughout Collin, Dallas, Denton, Tarrant and Wise counties.

Please donate to help out those in need this summer and assistance fill this truck with fans and non-perishable food!
